“Horrible experience! Restaurant food was horrible, waiter said the pizza was homemade- it was a frozen pizza that came on a cardboard tray. Fire alarm was going off early in the morning for hours without an end in site. Place was dirty and outdated! We were in town for a wedding and our rooms weren’t ready. Outside bar wasn’t open on a beautiful Friday, why have an outdoor bar on a lake if you’re not going to have it open. I will not be staying here again.”

“This property is overall fairly comfortable and well maintained but definitely dated. Rooms are quite small although our king room was fine for two people. Pool and hot tub not working for reasons unknown.. Breakfast was actually quite substantial for an establishment like this. Honestly, shocked by the high price of this room in this area. Mediocre value for something seriously in need of updating. Staff was friendly, check-in was fast and seamless.”

“The staff were fine. Did not interact with them other than to check in and check out. Room was absolutely disgusting! I had to clean the shower before we could use it and I still wore my flip flops. I would not let my family take their shoes off at all and walk on the carpet. The bathrooms have not been properly cleaned in I’m not sure how long! The walls need to be scrubbed! It looks like people have rubbed things on them and the cleaners have completely ignored the spots. The bathroom...

“The room was spotless, smelled wonderful and was nice and cool on a hot day. We stayed in a wheelchair accessible room and I was able to move around the room easily. The bathroom was huge with an accessible shower. They offered what looked like a great breakfast but we needed to leave. We will absolutely stay again, highly recommend.”

“They are updating this location which is a plus but during our stay the cable didn't work, the hot tub was an ice bath, and had to move to another room because the tub didn't drain. They didn't offer any special pricing either knowing that all these things were an issue. Was told the cable was out for a week already and the boiler for the pool area has been not working for longer. These are amenities that people are counting on especially if it is posted on the description of the property.”

“The room itself was fine. The bathroom needed some updates but was ok. The pool was closed for the unforeseeable future with no mention of that at time of booking, that was really disappointing for my children especially. The entire hotel was in need of a good cleaning.”

“Two of us stayed here for a gals' weekend in mid-March. Our stay happened to coincide with a snow storm (not unusual for the season in the area), and this was the perfect place to hang out and relax. The space was clean and comfortable, and the fireplace made it super cozy. (The fireplace is on a thermostat, so it's totally effortless!) The sturdy, folding table on wheels made the space nicely flexible. We could unfold it for meals and jigsaw puzzles or easily move it out of the way to roll out...
